- Court intake personnel
- Institutional and organizational conflict resolution staff

7. No Emergency Services
SafeToMediate™ does not provide emergency, crisis, or law enforcement services.
If a situation involves immediate risk of harm, users must contact appropriate emergency services directly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, frameworks, assessments, and materials within SafeToMediate™ are the intellectual property of SafeToMediate™ unless otherwise stated.
